Passing Tumbl-thought while Tumbl-scrolling…
I do love my Tumbl-time…
Mobile Tumblr flippin’
Pages scrolling by. Hundreds of random…
We gather and follow and like
And read and ingest and scroll on
Inserting our own randomness along with
Free to ‘say’ what we like. Free to ‘like’ what we see or feel or even hear…
Its all out there
I have come to appreciate my daily scrolling
Just to know and better appreciate individuality at its best
My ‘followers’ are people that don’t ‘know’ me but feel like they want to
Just from my words, my posts, my reblogs
And that’s why I ‘follow’ who I do…(well, mostly anyway…)
Individuality and diversity at its best
Thoughts and feelings being instantly sent to those like minded individuals who decided to ‘listen’
Take a second to really appreciate that…
I know some do. At least…
Officially the Day
Merry Christmas to all y’all that celebrate that and Happy Holidays to all that do not…if I knew all of the official holiday names I would name them all. The season is about family and giving and sharing and love. Peace to ALL of my followers, all 100, not that many in the Tumblr-verse but a lot more than I would have ever suspected would be interested in what my boring ass had to say…
Thank you all
Nothing but Tumblr love
What ever you do, I hope y’all have a great day.
Sincerely
J.L.S. (Socialcausality) Me
…sometimes when I look at the moon, the way it lights the night sky, how unbelievably far way it is and still shines so brightly I think of how small we, all human race and millions of other species on this planet, really are…life beyond us, beyond what we have seen, beyond what we know on this tiny blue rock floating in the sky, has to exist…you have to, being a thinking human, at least think of the possibility…if not, I say, you have no true perspective on where you are, not just in your state, country, continent or planet but in the entire solar system and beyond…we are so small…I think if the rest of the planet was to think globally as the one race we are, the human race, we might be so much better off…perspective. get some. Love
Where did all of that just come from??

…and the way you treat others…especially those that don’t have the same beliefs…
I hope that one day, maybe not in my or my children’s generation, people on this planet will realize that we are ONE race. Different cultures. One race. Different ethnicities. ONE race. When the question of ‘race’ comes up, I want people to remember this fact and answer accordingly. Soon, we will all be a shade of brown or ‘yellow’ anyway. Like I said, maybe not anytime soon, but it in generations to come I can only hope we, as a planet, can get together and finally work towards a common goal that is to keep the planet and its ONE race alive.
Love…
…us, US…
…just so people are aware. I am very aware of the horrible economy. I am also aware of how we got here. I am also aware that there is no way to absolutely stop government spending completely and magically reverse what the country was in and is in as of four years ago. I am also aware that this president IS aware of where the support for this economy comes from, the middle, working class of people. I am aware that he is wise enough to know that to support US is to support the economy…if you don’t know that than you are either very well off and live in a bubble or just simply do not know the facts and reality of what the man was handed…work, in any form, starts from the ground up…
…no, no, no…
…we were all born into this world without biases…hate and bigotry are taught/learned and to say other wise would just out right be WRONG…if you have children you know this to be true…the world through a child’s eye are a spectacular porthole…I just want to play with that person no matter what they look like or what they believe…when parents or any adult role model in a child’s life embed ideas into the head of children either by action, words or worse yet, teaching, it closes them off from the rest of the world and from truly being free…don’t force your beliefs on your children…if you truly love them, and as parents I know you do, you will let them decide on their path and not guilt them into doing what YOU believe is the ‘right’ way to live or to simply be…life has many options, many roads and not every person will follow the same road…that is the simple basis of the word INDIVIDUAL…my rant is done…thanks for ‘listening’ :-)

Fischer: Gays Driven By A ‘Dark, Venomous, Demonic Hatred’
Transcript:
I am convinced that there is plenty of hatred in the debate over homosexuality. There is a lot hatred, there is a lot of vitriol, there is a lot of venom. It is coming from homosexuals themselves. The real haters are homosexuals. The real venom is coming from those that support the homosexual agenda. Either homosexual activists, homosexuals, or those that support the homosexual agenda. They are the real haters. There is a heterophobic hatred, there is a Christophobic hatred that is just seething. There is a dark, venomous, demonic hatred that is in the homosexual community.
That this man is listened to by people worldwide and has not been taken off the air will never not amaze me.
I guess I missed the love in the following images:
Is this the homosexual agenda? Because really no one is telling me what it is.
Is demonic possession, if you believe in that kinda stuff, a loving thing?
Or maybe the love is in teaching children that there’s nothing wrong with hate and intolerance.
But of course Jesus loves me so much that I’ll be heading to hell since I support the “homosexual agenda.”
So Jesus loves but God abhors…interesting.
Of course there will be the inevitable comment that these signs are not representative of all Christians. I know that, however these signs are representative of the loudest Christians. The ones over a AFA and FRC with the large public platforms. Only one of those signs came from the Westboro Baptist church.
I would much rather my hate look like this:
Yup, we are definitely the hateful ones here. ~ Kim
…ANYONE who teaches their children ANY form of hate is an unfit parent…sorry…

…random tumblr thought…
…what I have found most interesting about this whole Tumblr thing is the way you can hear people’s ‘voices’ and personalities through their posts…sometimes…if the posts and comments come from a ‘real’ place and have ‘feeling’ and thought behind them…’people’ you follow and ‘people’ that follow you, ‘liking’ a post shows a feeling of like minded individuals that you can ‘feel’ and in turn, understand…ya feel me tumblr folk? ;-)
Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) is not known for his measured understanding of the Constitution. He once suggested that Medicare and Social Security violate the Constitution, and he opposes the federal ban on whites-only lunch counters because he believes allowing widespread segregation is “the hard part about believing in freedom.”
Nevertheless, in a op-ed attacking the recent Supreme Court decision upholding the Affordable Care Act, Paul digs in even deeper — likening that decision to others protecting slavery and Jim Crow.
For the record, the Affordable Care Act will rescue hundreds of thousand of Americans from medical bankruptcy, enable thousands more to take a new job or start a business, and save as many as 45,000 lives every year. It in no way resembles slavery.
…what the *bleep* are people trying to make other people swallow these days?? anything to make the other guy look bad while saving possibly millions of people…that is such a HORRIBLE thing to do. how dare he?! and bring our troops home too?! what a bad, bad black man…shame on him!!
…life…
…the truth of the matter is that no matter when life ends it is never pretty…no matter when…some times it may feel ‘glorified’ if in the right circumstances…in the line of duty or saving someone’s life…still, those life ending circumstances, while honorable, are still never pretty…we live our lives never knowing when our ‘time’ will be…some of us will be able to live a long, full life but will it end on a ‘desirable’ note? probably not. What we must try to remember, for all of us that have the chance to live a ‘full’ life, is that it always ends. Never pretty. Never when we, selfishly, want. Our loved ones that we hold close to us and have had in our live for our version of forever will always be with us. Even when life ends life continues. No matter how it ends. Memories keep people alive and beautiful. No matter how ‘un beautiful’ the end may be…
Just a thought…
I wanted to watch the “Black In Latin America” series and I discovered this YouTube channel that has over 30 black documentaries in full.
Shouts to njdirtygardener.
thank you for this info…needed reblogging

Spike Lee’s movies from the 90’s reminds me of when black people had a message to give to each other. A message of hope, love, togetherness and support. It makes me sad to think of the ‘message’ that we are putting out there for our children now…we have gone from stories teaching a lesson in hip hop and ‘black’ movies to valuing monetary gain and stereotypes because that is what ‘sells’…wake up…please, wake up…

Dear White People (2012)
DEAR WHITE PEOPLE follows the stories of four black students at an Ivy League college where a riot breaks out over a popular “African American” themed party thrown by white students. With tongue planted firmly in cheek, the film will explore racial identity in “post-racial” America while weaving a universal story of forging one’s unique path in the world.
So here for this.
…I just have to say that I am ALL for this movie and movies like this…that show truth, yes, presented satirically like movies such as Do The Right Thing and others but reality is funny like that sometimes…I am a realist unfortunately and the country, the world, is not ready and does not want to face and see this kind of truth…I love this movie already and have just seen the preview…but I know, as most of us do, that it is not marketable or profitable in this culture that we live in…this movie, while a must see for all will, unfortunately, not go far…I will pay to see it. to support a ‘black’ movie that is not focused on most stereotypes which most ‘black’ movies today focus on…I hope it does well…it needs to…its about time…

Hate…a waste of life…
…I believe that too many people use far too much effort and energy to ‘hate’…choose your battles wisely…I know for certain that there are times when we all have ‘lost it’…but ‘hate’, even just the word has to be used lightly and more importantly, correctly…there are many things in this world that I do not like…the only thing I can say that I ‘hate’ is ‘hate’…it just seems pointless…that energy should, and could be directed to the things that are important in your life and love…if you don’t like something that much why pay attention to that thing? just so you can ‘hate’ it more?? (makes a lot of sense…NO) pay more attention to the things you love…teach our next generation love not any form of ‘hate’…’hate’ is just plain ugly…aggravation, frustration…sure…but ‘hate’?? Not for me…I have got too many other important things in life to focus on…I don’t get it, and I never will…
LOVE…
