I love that man…

But I keep hearing that tax commercial he did…

The best part of paying taxes is…

Not the refund…that is good and all…

The best part is…ready?…

The Police, the Military, the Fire Department, the Public Education, the roads I am able to drive on etc…

Those are some of the things my taxes pay for

So I can live in this country

THAT is the best part about paying taxes…

Just saying…

That moment in the day when your have something on your mind

Then you say, ‘Damn, I should post that on Tumblr…’

Then you go on about your regular business and forget all about it…

Happens to me about 5 to 10 times a day

…why is veggie cream cheese soooo good and regular cream cheese is not??…veggies make EVERYTHING better….case closed…

…I believe that too many people use far too much effort and energy to ‘hate’…choose your battles wisely…I know for certain that there are times when we all have ‘lost it’…but ‘hate’, even just the word has to be used lightly and more importantly, correctly…there are many things in this world that I do not like…the only thing I can say that I ‘hate’ is ‘hate’…it just seems pointless…that energy should, and could be directed to the things that are important in your life and love…if you don’t like something that much why pay attention to that thing? just so you can ‘hate’ it more?? (makes a lot of sense…NO) pay more attention to the things you love…teach our next generation love not any form of ‘hate’…’hate’ is just plain ugly…aggravation, frustration…sure…but ‘hate’?? Not for me…I have got too many other important things in life to focus on…I don’t get it, and I never will…

LOVE…

…”Life is short…”…I call bullshit! Fact: life/living is the longest and most arduous thing you have to do period…hills and pitfalls abound…so I say you only have one chance to do this thing so do it right…treat people like you would like to be treated…you know, “do unto others…” etc…and love…a lot…even if you don’t get it in return do it anyway because that is what you leave behind when you go. your love or your hate will remain. its your choice. life is too long. live good my friends. love with everything you have and you will live forever. Live long and prosper…(thank you Spock…;-))

…letting every little thing stress you out and get you upset is a great indication of the kind of person you are…life is big…the world is big…walk around with the weight of the world on your shoulders and it gets heavy…still not really sure what you want in your life and it can get confusing and frustrating…once you understand where you are in life and the reasons you have to simply just live, stress becomes minimal…relax, not everything is a life or death situation…most things aren’t…

…most people won’t admit it…but this one thing is true…an ironic truth it is…no one wants the truth…truth along with reality is ugly…lies are pretty and soft…ironic…say that out loud to yourself a few times and really think about it…are you telling yourself a lie by not wanting to face or hear the truth because it hurts either you or someone else?…no one wants the truth…they only think they do…what if your version of ‘truth’s from your perspective is not someone else’s ‘truth’…not all truth is fact absolute…some truth is not even based on reality…some truth is faith and feeling and emotion…which has no logic at all factually, but it is still someone’s truth…deep down, in a place that reality and truth dwell, inside of everyone of us, is a door where we put those two things away and try our best to ignore them…but they are a part of us…truth…no one wants it…not really…are we telling ourselves a lie?…

…is it just me or should I feel bad when telling my blind patients/residents ‘I’ll SEE you tomorrow..’…like telling the ones with walkers and wheelchairs, better yet, an amputee, ‘I’ll catch you later…gotta run..’…you think that’s like a slap in the face?…I think I will stop saying that to them…just a thought…

…if you are a ‘christian’…(..’judge not…’..)…and are supposed to follow and try to be Christ-like…(..’do unto others…’..)…why are so many so angry and hateful towards others??…(..’love thy neighbor…’..)…just wondering…

…politicians should not be in politics if they are not working for the interests of the ENTIRE country not just their own…if you don’t believe in gay marriage, don’t marry a homosexual…if you don’t believe in abortion, don’t get an abortion…just because you believe in a thing does not give you the right to try and impose it on the entire nation…you want prayer in schools then include all religious prayer equally not just the one religion YOU might believe is ‘best’ or ‘better’…the American people does not just consist of Christians and what they might believe to be true…to be a true representative of the American people you have to be unbiased in your decision making…try to listen to ALL the voices in the country and not just the ones in your head…freedom of choice for ALL issues is a must…

…if I go to the Olive Garden where their slogan is, ‘When you are here, you’re family.’, is it okay for me to point out that my family would never charge me to eat food…hmmmm???

…there is an old saying that I am certain we have all heard, ‘its the thought that counts..’…if you think it, it matters. Because it was on your mind. You don’t have to physically do something to ‘do’ something…it still counts…I sometimes wish that people knew how transparent they can be even with inaction…(foreshadowing!!)…(I don’t want to be psychic. I just am…) ;-)
